These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Alexander Biktashev, an online instructor offering Russian and English lessons for children and teenagers.
Services
We provide online language lessons via video conferencing (Zoom), available as individual or small group sessions. Course descriptions and pricing are listed on the website.
Registration and Payment
To register for lessons you may be asked to provide contact details. Payment methods and terms will be agreed upon individually.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Students may cancel or reschedule lessons with advance notice. Specific terms should be discussed prior to booking. If a lesson is cancelled without sufficient notice, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the agreement.
Intellectual Property
Course materials, texts, and website content are the intellectual property of the instructor and may not be redistributed without permission. Students are granted a limited license to use materials for personal educational purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the instructor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the services. The total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant lesson(s).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Israel, unless otherwise agreed.
